316 Fulfillment Services (WFS) allows sellers to store their inventory at 316 fulfillment centers. When a customer places an order on 316.com, we’ll pick, pack, and ship the item to the customer on your behalf. WFS also handles all customer support and returns for these orders.
The program enables you to spend more time focusing on increasing sales, while having confidence that your orders will be delivered quickly and with outstanding customer support.
The WFS end-to-end fulfillment experience comes with access to 316 omnichannel capabilities such as our Free & Easy Returns program. Participating items are displayed with 2-Day Shipping and Fulfilled by 316 tags for increased product visibility, which may help improve conversion.

Create an account in Seller Center and add your WFS details. Then create or convert your products to 316-fulfilled listings. Next, you’ll send your inventory to your assigned 316 fulfillment center, where we’ll store your products, prepare them for shipping when an order is placed, deliver your items, support your customer inquiries, and process any returns.
Program Fee Structure
WFS is a competitive and cost-effective solution that offers a seamless end-to-end fulfillment experience. Our simple and straightforward cost structure includes a fixed monthly storage fee and a fulfillment price that's based on the item weight alone (excluding add-on fees for apparel, hazardous materials, items with low retail prices, and oversize items). We offer one simple rate card, with no signup or monthly subscription fees!

Product Requirements
There are some limits to the types of products that can be included in the program:
- Products must ship to 316 fulfillment centers from within the United States
- No temperature-regulated products
- No prohibited products
- Maximum product weight is 150 lb
- Maximum product dimensions are 108" in length and 165" in length + girth
